Dr. Tobi Domsky Goldstein is a 1989 graduate of the Dr. William M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, at Rosalind Franklin University School of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her residency, in foot and ankle surgery, at Mission Oaks Hospital Residency Program in Los Gatos , California. After leaving California, she practiced in suburban Philadelphia and relocated to Maryland in 1996.

Dr. Goldstein is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Goldstein specializes in sports medicine and is an avid long distance runner, skier, cyclist and soccer player. She has completed many local and out-of-state marathons and half marathons.

Dr. Goldstein received her B.S. degree in 1983 from Penn State University, where she was a member of the Penn State Ski Racing Team. She is a resident of Howard County, where she lives with her husband and her two children. |
